Genre- Romance thriller
My Ratings- 4/5 ⭐️
My Reviews- This book revolves around Suspense, Revenge, Compromise, Thrill and Mystery. The story is a mix of past and present. It tells you that how your small act in the past can have a tremendous impact on the life of other people in future. This book is about the journey of a boy named Rahul (an intelligence officer) who was always compared with his studious brother and how he moved from his past. The book is full of twist and turns. You try to absorb the intensity of the turn and there comes another turning point. Story switches between the past and the present and emphasises on the fact that how your past can turn your life upside down. The book keeps you engaged till the last page which sums up the thriller pretty well.

The way Rahul tackled his personal and professional life is a commendable effort. Sandy, a perfect partner in crime who not only put his friendship in danger for Rahul but also made every effort he could do just to strengthen the friendship. Trisha who is expressed taking a real life incident, which is most common in today's scenario. The way Rashi fought for her sister is the sole responsibility for every sister, that too in each and every aspect of life. Neerav, who helps and cooperates his co-officer in every thick and thin of life, every individual should have one friend like him in his/her life. Karan, the best or worst brother that every guy has in his life, the nature depends totally on the current scenario what it demands. And the best one is Akriti, who being a daughter of a Major falls for Rahul in a very short meeting.
Favourite lines- 1. If your past could be erased, would you erase it? Sadly, you have no choice in this matter because I, your past, am invincible. If you think you can escape me, you’re already doomed.
2. Traditions, religions, and beliefs did not define a happy family; affection and understanding did.
3. Struggles are like washing machines—they twist, they spin and knock us around but, in the end, we come out cleaner, brighter and better than before.
4. Not all scars show, not all wounds heal.
QOTD- If you could forget a relationship that fleetingly existed in the past would you? If your past could be erased, would you erase it?
